Hours & Holidays The library is the 2nd building at 198 West Street, after the State Records Center. |
Records Center is open to authorized state agency personnel from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., weekdays (except for state holidays/closed days). It is the 1st building at 198 West Street, before the Library for the Blind & Physically Handicapped. |

Directions
From I-91 - Take Exit 23 West Street, Rocky Hill. At end of ramp, turn
left if southbound, or right if northbound, onto West Street. Go past Dinosaur
State Park. Go through the stoplight at the entrance to the Veterans Home and
Hospital. Turn at the next driveway on your right beside Stepping Stone Daycare.
Follow the driveway. The State Records Center will be first, then the Library
for the Blind and Physically Handicapped building.
Parking
Free parking is available at both buildings.
Handicapped parking and access is available at the Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped.
